I wasn’t born with rich family. My father is a farmer, we live in a small village that did not have electricity and sure no internet here at that time. I grew up in this village, walk to school at the city everyday, began to love many things about technology and Internet when in high school.

Shortly, I graduation from high school, continuing education academy to cities further, and I had to rent a house over there.

I’m old enough now, I know. So I don’t want to waste time. At the evening after class, I went to the cafe for work as a waiter. I’m doing all this to pay for college tuition. I graduated from the academy for 3 years until I was hired by a company.

Wait a minute, I want to explain the distance from my house to school, college, and this work place.

From village to high school: 1 hour walk
From village to college: 8 hour bus ride
From village to work place: 8 hour bus ride + 2 hours on a plane.

Yes, I worked on different islands from where my parents lived :)

2 years running I wander in the city that I never knew before. I am become a stranger amid the cruelty of capital city. I work well, getting enough salary, but yesterday a few months ago, I decided to stop working at this company. And become full-time blogger, a hobby that has been my passion since I knew the Internet when I was in high school.

If you want to say I’m crazy, yes I was really crazy. I left my job that I get with a very long struggle, just to follow my passion.

I have decided to focus with all my blog and work less as freelance. I know, maybe I can’t get enough money by this way. But, I believe I can still survive without working at the office. I can start to make something new, I have enough skill to make money online. I just do not want to waste more time to find what I dreamed of long ago.

My consideration is, when kept waiting for ready, we’ll never be ready. My goal obviously want to be the driver, not the passenger. If today’s my decision led me on the flop I will never regret. I’m even happy, to unequivocally determine the choice, and tried to prepare themselves for the risks of the decisions I took today.

Change will not come if we wait some other person, or we wait for some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.- Barack Obama
